WHAT KIND OF DELIVERY METHODS DO YOU PROVIDE?

We provide Poslaju only within Malaysia.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIPMENT PROCEED?

We will proceed the shipment within 1-3 working days after confirmed payment for your order.

WHERE CAN I CHECK MY TRACKING NUMBER?

For the registered customer, you can check your tracking number refer to following way.

My Account -> Orders  -> View -> Track

WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY PARCEL USUALLY?

Delivery period is 1~3 days by Poslaju.

Its shipping term could be varied depending on unexpected circumstances.

"No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help" MESSAGE KEEP POPPING UP DURING CHECKOUT PROCESS?

You may have placed order of weight exceed more than 4 kilogram. Please keep in mind that all shipping methods provided could only take up to 4 kilogram of weight.

REFUNDS

I HAVE RECEIVED WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases, the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged together with the original receipt. 

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PARCEL AS WITHIN THE SHIPPING ESTIMATION TIME / IT WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I ISSUE A REFUND?

The shipping period stated is an estimation and may arrive earlier or later than expected, therefore no refund can be made for late arrival of shipment. We will follow all details provided to us and we encourage all customers to double check any details given. We will not be responsible for any wrong address given to us for shipment. There would be some unfortunate circumstances during shipment where some parcels may not reach its intended destination due to courier faults in the destination country. Therefore, we encourage all our customers to be aware of the risk on online purchases and local shipments as we will not be responsible nor issue a refund/replacement for lost shipments.
